Let's look at the consequences of sleeping late at night
- Apparently, when you sleep late, your body unleashes a ton of destructive hormones like cortisol, into your bloodstream. Cortisol is a stress hormone; too much of it, and it can seriously affect your cell health. This explains why all this while, after 12 AM, my body always felt increasingly “wasted.” Not just sleepiness, but a general sense of lethargy seeping through my entire body.
- They also increase your chance of a stroke of heart attack if done continously, as well as people that work at night are also less mentally stable and far less reliable ( sound scary right???)
- Eye bag or panda eyes (i believe girls don't like this at all)
So...what are you waiting for..shut down the computer and go to sleep..zzzzz...Good Night!!

but many skill or alternative also that we can do such as drinking a milk or reading a historical books.hehe...maybe you can try.i hope this can help you to get a better sleep and a nice dream after this.GOOD LUCK~~~
